Campaigns are a great way to get an at-a-glance view of patron engagement, track the results of your outreach efforts, gather complex lists, and more. Join us for a tour of this robust feature, and learn how Campaigns can save you time and put more data at your fingertips.
We recommend setting the video quality to 720p (click on the gear at the lower-right of the embedded video) and watching the video in full-screen mode, if possible.
Note: this webinar included a mention that Salesforce now allows you to attach Accounts to Campaigns. While this is a recently-released Salesforce feature, we've since learned that it is not compatible with PatronManager.
You can continue to attach Donations and Contacts to Campaigns as before.
