Related lists on a page layout are a common way to see all related records of a given kind, like a list of Donations on an Account… but sometimes a single related list can contain a wide variety of data. Good news: there's a new tool available that will help you filter and divide these lists to see exactly what you need! And what if you want to dig in further than a related list allows, and instantly run a report or view a chart based on a particular record? You can do that, too - and we'll show you how.
Join us for a deep dive into Dynamic Related Lists (new in Salesforce's Summer '22 release) and Dynamically Filtered Report Links. We'll walk you through building separate versions of related lists, and include some helpful examples to get you thinking. We'll also demonstrate placing a pre-filtered report link on a page - great for quickly accessing charts and detailed reports from a Ticketable Event, for example.
This webinar is geared toward the PatronManager Admin(s) at your organization.
