Cancellation Emails use the Automated Communications feature, released in 2019. With it, you can instantaneously send transactional (read: non-marketing) emails to ticket holders for specific Event Instances. This is perfect when you need to cancel or postpone a show.

In this webinar, we walk through the whole process from start to finish, plus answer some questions from attendees throughout.
