Do you rent out your space? Would you like to track and invoice those rentals in PatronManager?
With facility rental management you can schedule, invoice, and report on rentals alongside your other income to keep everything in one place.
In this article, we'll look at:
Overview of Facility Rental Management
Everything for facility rental management can be found in the PMGR Facility Management app.
To get to the PMGR Facility Management app, go to the App Launcher and find and select PMGR Facility Management.
Once here, you'll see all of the relevant tabs for facility rental management.
This is where you'll find, create, and manage bookings.
Within a Rental record, you'll see details about the Rental on the page, and even the ability to Export Itemized Charges, like for invoicing.
From the different tabs, you can view:
- Details: The default page with all of the specifics about the Rental
- Locations and Resources: The different Rental Inventory items included in this Rental
- Payment: Related Rental Payments made for this Rental
- Activity: Related activities to this Rental, like logged calls, emails, and tasks
- Chatter: Chatter related to this Rental
- Files: Any files you upload related to this Rental
- Export Itemized Charges: Generates an itemized table of charges that you can use as part of contracts
Creating Facility Rentals
You'll create facility rentals from the Rentals tab in PatronManager!

Reporting on Facility Rentals
You can run reports on facility rentals! In addition to creating custom reports, you can also track rental payments alongside all your other income with financial reports to keep everything in one place.

Setting up facility rentals doesn't cost anything extra! Just turn on the feature and you're ready to rock and roll.
