Once you're a PatronManager Certified Admin (or even if you're still in-training), you become your organization's PatMan guru!

With this great power comes a lot of responsibility. Luckily, you don't have to do it alone! You have your entire organization there to help you. We suggest gathering together a group of your super users together to meet on a recurring basis to talk about using PatronManager at your organization.

Here, we have some suggestions for those meetings with your fellow super users.

Don't feel like you have to limit yourself to just users at your organization! You could meet with other PatronManager users in your local area or even with users from similar organizations virtually that you meet in the Client Community!

Teach Each Other

Teaching others is one of the best ways to remember things! Within your super user group, you'll likely have people with a variety of different skills across different departments. Harness that variety by taking turns teaching each other and showing each other different parts of the system that others may not interact with on a daily basis.

Read the Release Notes Together

PatronManager rolls out several new releases each year. Getting together to read our Release Notes is a great way to learn about new features and brainstorm as a group the ways that you can use the latest and greatest from PatronManager!

If you haven't checked out the Release Notes in a while, we recommend going back through some older Release Notes to check out any new features you may have missed.

Review Current Forms and Templates

With all of your super users together, it's a great opportunity to take a look at your Donation Forms and Email Templates to ensure that everything is up-to-date and looks the way you'd like.

Make a Training or Learning Plan

Whether it's for yourselves or other users at your organization, coming up with a plan to continue learning or training with PatronManager is a great way super users can help bring an organization to the next level.

Whether it's by learning more about a specific feature, like CRM Snapshots, or diving into Trailhead, making a plan together to learn more can help you get more motivated about learning and helps you all hold each other accountable. You can even make it fun with pizza parties or badges!

Work on Documenting Your Customizations

Almost every organization that uses PatronManager makes customizations to their account - it's one of the best parts about PatronManager! It's important to document these customizations, and your super users are some of the best people to do that.
