Learn to batch-update fields on your existing PatronManager records (for example, marking a batch of donations as “Acknowledged”).
Prerequisite: Basic Excel or equivalent comfort level
Note: The DIY Data Exam and Certification is no longer available; however, these instructions will still help you to learn how to import your own data into PatronManager.
If you plan to update any objects other than Accounts, Contacts, or Donations, submit a case in the Client Community to check with our team first!
We do not recommend updating Ticket Orders via mass updates. Doing so can break things in PatronManager.
