Where should I go when I need help?
The first place to go is the PatronManager Help Tab. It's chock full of articles, videos, screenshots, and walkthroughs; best of all, you're already on it!

The PatronManager Client Community is full of people like you! There are expert PatronManager users answering questions, fellow box office managers discussing subscriptions, and marketing managers talking strategy.
In addition, the Client Community lets you submit cases to the PatronManager Client Support team and Product Ideas to the Product Development team!
