Below, we'll show you how to update your newsletter/email preferences. It should take no more than five minutes, especially if you've already logged into the Client Community.

1. Log into the Community via your PatronManager Home screen

Log in to the PatronManager Client Community

Haven't logged in to the Community yet or want more information on finding this link? Learn more, set up your profile, and check out our Community Guidelines in our All About the Client Community article.

2. Go to My Feed

3. Scroll to Email Preferences on the left and click Edit

Now you can select or deselect the kinds of emails you want to receive!

4. Save your changes

What email preferences can I select?

We're super glad you asked! Here are the four options you can select:

Newsletter

If you sign up for this, you'll receive a monthly PatronManager newsletter in your inbox that includes announcements, product news like new features, and ideas.

We recommend that every PatronManager user sign up for the newsletter.

Webinar Schedule

If you opt-in to our webinar list, you'll receive one email each month listing our upcoming webinars, with links to register.

We recommend that at least one PatronManager user at each organization sign up for our webinar list.

Release Notes

Opting in to our Release Notes will bring our announcements about upcoming upgrades, new features, and functionality updates straight to your inbox. These go out periodically throughout the year, about quarterly.

We recommend that every PatronManager user sign up for our Release Notes.

Service Notifications

Signing up for this list notifies you of expected maintenance periods and updates or recommended actions in the event of unexpected system issues.

We recommend that PatronManager Admins and Box Office Managers sign up for this list.
