Alright, so you've set up the Non-Ticketed Member Admission feature and you're ready to let your members into your museum, quickly and without selling them a ticket!
In this article, we'll show you how to do just that.
2. Find the member
Use the Member Lookup tab, or...

3. When the member's Contact page comes up, click Admit next to the appropriate Benefit
Most likely, you'll just choose the most recent, up-to-date membership.
4. Add any additional guests to the new Admission record
- Use the Guest Count field to enter how many guests came - useful for reporting later
- Use the Guests related list to track who came - perfect people to target during your next membership drive
- To use the Guests related list, those guests will need to have Contact records in PatronManager
Heads up!
The Guest Count field does not automatically add up the number of Contacts in the Guests related list - but you can create a COUNT roll-up field that will. Here's a Trailhead unit about roll-up summaries to get you started.
5. To admit the next member, either return to the Member Lookup tab, or simply scan their QR code
