When you create a Portal user from a Contact record, you don't want to have to fill out all their contact information again to create the user - you want that information to auto-fill from the Contact record! That saves a ton of time.
Once you follow the steps below, your "Enable Customer User" form will auto-fill with pertinent information when you click the action from a Contact record in Lightning. This will take approximately ten minutes to complete, so let's get started!
3. In the "Buttons, Links, and Actions" menu, search for "enable", then click Edit under the Enable Customer User action
5. You'll get a pop-up - click OK
