How to Report on Digital Membership Cards: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/1933391
Digital membership cards are a great way to acknowledge your members in a special way. But once enabled, how do you track digital membership cards?
With reports, of course! In this article, we'll cover:
- Finding cards that weren't sent to members
- Creating custom reports for digital membership cards
Let's dive in!
How to find digital membership cards that didn't send
All digital membership cards that need to be manually sent to members can be found using the built-in Digital Membership Cards to Email report in the Reports tab.
This report will show all Benefits related to a Contact or Account where:
- The Benefit is currently active - in other words, no expired or canceled Benefits will appear
- The digital membership card was never emailed previously
- The Digital Membership Card field on the Benefit Level is set to "Automatic Delivery" or "Manual Delivery"
Using this list, you can then manually send these members their digital membership cards. As a bonus, you'll also be able to see if you need to fix any malformed email addresses, like ones missing the "@" or with a typo.
No worries at all! Make sure that you're in "All Reports" and searching for the name Digital Membership Cards to Email.
If the report still isn't there, make sure to check the Recycle Bin for the report, just in case someone accidentally deleted it.
And just in case the report isn't in the Recycle Bin either, here's how to rebuild the report.
4. Adjust the Columns
The columns we want are:
- Benefit: Name

- Membership Type
- First Name
- Last Name
- Account Name
- Other Email
- Phone
- Benefit: Created Date
- Expiration Date
- Renewed By
- Benefit Level: Digital Membership Card

5. Adjust the filters
Set the filters to:
- Show Me All Accounts
- Last Activity All Time
- Benefit Level: Digital Membership Card not equal to None
- Membership Card Last Emailed equals ""
- "" here means to leave the field blank
- Effective Status equals Active

7. Fill in report details and Save
- Report Name: Digital Membership Cards to Email
- Folder: PatronTicket Reports 3.0
- Save
How to create custom reports on digital membership cards
Digital membership card fields are available on the following objects:
- Benefits
- Benefit Levels
Because of this, you can create custom reports about digital membership cards using report types that are based on these objects. This includes, but is not limited to, the following report types:
- Contacts with Benefits
- Contacts with Benefits and Benefit Level
- Contacts with Benefits and Donation
- Contacts with Benefits and Ticket Order
- Benefit Levels
Additionally, you can create custom report types from Setup based on Benefits or Benefit Levels if you'd like even more reporting options!
