How do my patrons buy our tickets online?
Your Public Ticketing Site (PTS) is where your patrons go to purchase tickets. Your organization can change the look, feel and content of your PTS at any time.

How do our patrons donate online?
Donation Forms allow your patrons to make single or recurring donations to your organization, and you can have specific donation forms for specific funds/appeals/drives. Just like the PTS, your organization controls the look and feel of each donation form.

How do our patrons sign up for our email list?
Your PatronManager Signup Form is a place where your patrons enter their name and email address to opt in to your email marketing messages.
When we set up your account, we'll create an embeddable signup form with background and font colors to match your website. Then, you can use an iframe to embed this simple form on any page of your website. If you need help embedding the form, your web developer should be able to help you.

How do we send our clients emails?
PatronManager integrates with two leading email marketing systems: MailChimp and Emma. Check with your colleagues to see which system you're using!
No matter which system you're using, the three step process you'll use remains pretty similar:
Step 1: Create your report
Pro tip: Use the Report Finder to figure which report you should use! We'll cover your reporting options in the next module of the User Certification Course.
You'll create your report in CRM Snapshots or in the Reports tab. Use reports and filters recommended in the Report Finder.
Step 2: Sync your report to your email marketing system
If you're using Emma, you'll link the report to an Emma Group:
If you're using MailChimp, you'll link the report to a Static Segment:
How do these tickets/donations get matched up to people in our database?
As these transactions come in, you need to match them up with existing Contacts in your database (or create new Contacts if the ticket/donation is from a new patron). This process is called Qualification.
