Both Emma and Mailchimp integrate with PatronManager using robust connectors from Beaufort 12 (B12). While there are some minor differences, both integrations Let you do the following:

• Use signup forms from your email marking system (e.g. a Mailchimp signup form or an Emma lightbox form). You can also use PatronManager's simple signup form if you prefer.
• Automatically create new Contacts in PatronManager based on new signups in your email marketing system
• Bring data in custom fields from your email marketing system to PatronManager
• Build email lists with PatronManager Reports
• Use any report with an email column to populate an email list
• Update email lists automatically based on new data in PatronManager
• Use additional PatronManager merge fields in your marketing emails (e.g. donation roll-up fields)
• View Contact-level data from your email marketing system in PatronManager (e.g. mailing history and stats) without taking up extra storage
• Use some aspects of email automation options in your marketing system based on changes in PatronManager
