Your PatronManager implementation project includes the setup and configuration of the core PatronManager functionality. The add-on products listed below are not included in a standard implementation (though they may have components included in your contract), and are generally self-service products that your team will install and manage independently:
We recommend waiting to integrate these add-on products with your PatronManager account until after your organization is Operational and Tickets are on Sale.
PatronPortal
PatronPortal is an add-on feature that enables your patrons to log in to your Public Ticketing Page to manage their subscriptions and memberships. This product is built and managed by PatronManager, but will require the purchase of the initial configuration and user licenses for your patrons. (This may already be included in your contract - check with your Implementation Manager if you're not sure!)

To initiate this project, fill out this survey to let us know which items you'd like to purchase and provide some initial customization information. Once we have your information, your Implementation Manager will reach out with billing information to get started.
Smart Transaction Systems (STS) Gift Cards
We've partnered with a leading gift card company, Smart Transaction Systems (STS), to provide a great gift card management system you can use with PatronManager's ticketing system. Patrons can purchase gift cards (physical cards or virtual/digital ones) and easily send those cards to their friends. They can then redeem their gift cards when buying tickets at the box office, by phone, or online.

To initiate this project, send an email to [email protected] and let them know that you're a PatronManager client interested in setting up STS gift cards. Once you've set up your STS account and the site is ready to go, STS will notify us and we'll complete the integration with PatronManager.
CourseStorm / PatronStorm Integration
We've partnered with CourseStorm, a dedicated class registration solution that is, as they put it, "simply powerful & powerfully simple." CourseStorm’s streamlined enrollment management system allows you to take advantage of sophisticated features such as a dedicated, customizable online course catalog and easy family registration for parents enrolling one or multiple children.

Start by contacting CourseStorm to get your account set up. Once you're up and running, you can install and configure the PatronStorm integration in your PatronManager account.
Emma Email Marketing / B12 Integration
We've partnered with Emma and B12 to create a custom-built integration between PatronManager and Emma. It combines the reporting power of PatronManager with the robust features of Emma's email marketing system.
