Reporting Essentials: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/1299008
There's a wealth of information about reporting in PatronManager, from basics of our pre-loaded reports to building your own custom reports - we realize that's a lot to ingest when you're just getting used to the system! This article distills all of that information down to the essentials of our standard reports to ensure that they will cover your team's basic needs when you start using PatronManager for ticket sales and donations.
Financial Reports
Financial Reports in PatronManager work a little different - and look a little different! - from other kinds of reports in the system. They summarize and categorize your transactions without all the usual patron data (name, phone number, etc.). For this reason, Financial Reports have their very own home, separate from standard Reporting and CRM Snapshots. You can dig deeper into Financial Reports in the All About Financial Reporting article; otherwise, here are the essential Financial Reports to be aware of:

Choose the Ticketable Event you're looking for and run the Performance Report from the list of Event Instances or from a particular Event Instance detail page.
