What does "going live" mean?
You've been Operational for at least a week now, with your staff working in your PatronManager account internally. Now it's time to "go live" to the public!
Your Tickets On Sale date is a critical deadline on which you'll redirect your online ticket sales and donations to your new PatronManager ticketing and donation pages. At this point, all new orders, tickets, subscriptions, and donations should only be entered in PatronManager.
What should I do on my Tickets On Sale date?
1. Redirect your online ticket sales landing pages
The direct link for Events and/or Event Instances can be found in your Event Inventory. Learn more here
2. Redirect your online donation landing pages
Head over to your Donation Forms through the App Launcher.
- Click on the App Launcher
- Enter the search term "donation forms"
- Select the Donation Forms App
Select the Donation Form you'd like to link to and copy the Public URL.
