Make sure that you've set up any fees that your organization charges.
1. Set up Item Fees
To charge fees on individual tickets, you'll need to set up Item Fees from the Fee Setup Wizard and on your Price Levels.
2. Set up Order Fees
To charge fees on Ticket Orders, you'll need to set up Order Fees from the Fee Setup Wizard.
3. Set up Sales Tax (optional)
If your organization needs to charge sales tax on all or some of your events, head over here to set it up.
4. Set up Exchange Fees (optional)
If your organization would like to charge a fee when patrons exchange their tickets, head here to set up a default Exchange Fee.
5. Ask patrons to cover credit card processing fees on the PTS (optional)
If you'd like to ask patrons to cover credit card processing fees when checking out, head here to set that up.

6. Ask donors to cover credit card processing fees on Donation Forms (optional)
If you'd like to ask donors to cover credit card processing fees when making a donation online, head here to set that up.
