At the outset of your implementation, we will set dates for our project review and data discovery calls. Following those, we will schedule check-in and training calls that will occur on a regular basis throughout the project.
Initial Discovery Calls
Call Details
Call Duration: 60 minutes
Who should attend: Primary Project Contact and others involved in the Implementation who want a better understanding of the project timeline.
Overview: The purpose of this call is to walk through your organization's Project Plan and confirm that all details are accurate.

Call Details
Call Duration: 60 minutes
Who should attend: Data Migration Contact and any staff members that will be involved in exporting data from your legacy systems for migration into PatronManager
What to bring: You should upload a sample of all of the data you intend to migrate into PatronManager a minimum of 2 business days prior to this call. Your Implementation Manager will provide access to your Upload Folder in Google Drive for uploading this information. We recommend making a list of any questions you might have about migrating data into the system and bringing them to this call.
Overview: The purpose of this call is to establish a base understanding of the data migration process, review sample data from your legacy system(s), and discuss any preparation necessary prior to your data submission.

Overview: The purpose of this call is to review the historical data imported to your PatronManager account and to discuss remaining cleanup tasks.

Overview: The purpose of this call is to process a test transaction using your LMS terminals. If needed, it can also be a time to run a test print of your ticket printer and to test your ticket scanners.
