In conjunction with our Help Tab materials and our webinars, we offer one-on-one training sessions on standard PatronManager topics to help you dive deeper into your PatronManager education. Before you request training, we highly recommend all attendees complete our PatronManager User Certification.

Development/Fundraising

We'll introduce you to the best practices for finding new potential donors, managing incoming donations, and tracking and organizing your donations.

Box Office Selling & Operations

This training is focused on box office operations in PatronManager.  This will include how to sell, exchange, and refund tickets, as well how to sell subscriptions. We'll also cover qualification and why that's important, printing tickets, and searching for ticket orders.

We also recommend reading and watching the content laid out in the Box Office Learning Path (if your organization doesn't sell subscriptions, you can skip the Subscriptions section).

Box Office Management/Event Building

This training includes instructions on setting up Ticketable Events in the Event Inventory, managing Price Levels and Allocations, setting up Discount Codes and Access Codes, Fee setup, and confirmation emails.

Subscription Management/Renewals

The Subscription Management/Renewals training covers subscription structure and the basics of setting up all three subscription types: Fixed, Pick Later, and Choose Your Own.

We'll also cover a tour of the best CRM Snapshots and Reports to use for contacting subscribers, as well as how the Subscription Renewal process works: Creating Subscription Series, Managing Seat Assignments, and creating Pending Renewal Orders.

Note that Subscription Renewals (via the Subscription Renewal Tool) are only available for Fixed subscriptions.

Memberships & Benefits

We'll outline the process of using PatronManager's built-in Memberships and Benefits feature, and cover setting up Benefits, setting up and managing Membership packages, selling Memberships, applying Benefits, setting up Digital Membership Cards, and reporting on Memberships and Benefits. 

Note this training will only cover our best recommended practice of Memberships as Tickets. Memberships as Donations will not be covered in this training session.

Though you may use Memberships without PatronPortal, the experience is much greater with Portal.
