In conjunction with our Help Tab materials and our webinars, we offer virtual one-on-one training sessions on standard PatronManager topics to help you dive deeper into your PatronManager education.

Before you request training, we highly recommend that all attendees complete our PatronManager User Certification and our Learning Path: For Everyone.

Box Office Management/Event Building

This training includes instructions on setting up Ticketable Events in the Event Inventory and managing fees.

Development/Fundraising

This training covers how to process credit card and cash/check donations in addition to best practices for tracking and organizing those donations. We'll also cover managing Donation Forms and go-to fundraising reports.

Marketing

This training covers creating Discount Codes, Passcodes (Presale Codes), and Access Codes. We'll also walk through generating lists for email and direct mail campaigns using CRM Snapshots.

Memberships & Benefits

This training covers how to set up and manage Benefit Levels, create Membership Levels, and create Digital Membership Cards. We'll also cover how to sell Memberships and apply Benefits manually.

Though you may use Memberships without PatronPortal, the experience is much better with PatronPortal.

This training covers how to set up all three types of subscription packages: Fixed, Choose Your Own, and Pick Later (Flex Pass). We'll also discuss how the renewal process works including the Subscription Renewal Tool, and best practices for contacting subscribers.

Note that Subscription Renewals (via the Subscription Renewal Tool) are only available for Fixed subscriptions.
