When you transition to Lightning Experience, your CRM Snapshots and Door List Reports may acquire a locked filter. This locked filter prevents you from running these reports to gather important data about your patrons.
This should take about twenty minutes, so let's unlock the filters!
1. Fix CRM Snapshots
CRM Snapshots are an incredibly powerful reporting feature in PatronManager. Let's make sure we can take advantage of these wonderful reports in Lightning.
6. Make sure the "Locked" box is unchecked, and click "Apply"
7. Now, click "Save"
Hooray! You've unlocked the filter and can now use this Snapshot! We aren't done quite yet, however...
Check the remaining CRM Snapshots for a locked filter, listed below:
- Account Donation Sum
- Deactivate Lapsed Members Template
- Donated during period X but not period Y
- Donors With Count
- Donors with Sum
- Donors with Sum Set Intersection
- EI Buyers to X but not Y
- EI Buyers to X but not Y (Date Filtered)
- Event Buyers with Count
- Event Category Buyers with Count
- Event Date Buyers With Donation Sum
- Event Instance Buyers with Donation Sum
- Event Instance Non Buyers
- Expiring Members Template
- First Time Ticket Buyers
- Only Time Ticket Buyers
- Patron Revenue Sum
2. Fix the Door List reports
Like the CRM Snapshots, there might also be a locked filter within a couple Door List reports. Let's check these reports and unlock the filter so you don't run into any issues the next time you run these reports.
