The Dashboards tab contains all of the dashboards in your system, whether they're dashboards that come with PatronManager or custom dashboards you've built.
In this article, we'll highlight several useful Dashboards, which you can use right out of the box or customize and build upon.

While these dashboards come as part of PatronManager, you can customize them to fit your needs! If you do this, be sure to Save As. This will create a copy of the dashboard and leave the template ready for your colleagues.
Follow along with us by scrolling through the dashboards in your Dashboards tab, or by searching for these dashboards in the Global Search Bar.

General Dashboards
The Organization Overview dashboard is useful for almost everyone at your organization, giving a big picture look at both donations and ticket sales.
In fact, it's so useful that it's set as the default dashboard on Lightning Home Pages for the PatronManager, PMGR Fundraising, and PMGR Marketing apps!

Donation Dashboards
Complete Donation Overview
This dashboard gives a bird's eye view of your donations, including totals and averages. It also includes components that break down donations by Type, Fiscal Year, month, and Fund. To give some more insight, this dashboard also includes a component that lists your top 10 donors of all time!

Donation Campaign Overview
If you use Campaigns to track your fundraising, this dashboard is a great starting point to show you how your incoming donations are divided among your different Campaigns. This is a dashboard that you'll most likely want to add more components to, especially if you want to zero in on specific Campaigns throughout the year.

Donation Fund Overview
If you use the Fund field on donation records to direct your money into different funds, this dashboard will be useful. It can tell you at a glance where donations are going--and you can add more components to this dashboard to hone in on specific funds or timeframes.

Donation History Overview
This dashboard gives a look at your donations over all time. If you're looking for a big-picture view of your giving or want to compare donations over Fiscal Years, this is the dashboard to check.

Donation Types Overview
Like the Donation History Overview, this dashboard looks at your donations over all time. This dashboard specifically divides donations by their Type so that you can compare Major Gift totals, Matching donation total, Recurring Donations, and more.

Donation Types, Current Fiscal Year
This dashboard is much like the Donation Types Overview, but specifically looks at donations in your current Fiscal Year.

Donations by Month
This dashboard looks at how much each calendar month brings in donations. This dashboard is a pretty blank slate for you to add components to track specific efforts over time or to generally see when spikes in your giving occur.

Ticketing Dashboards
The PatronTicket Detailed Dashboard gives a good overview of how your ticket sales are going.
With components that look at recent sales in the last 90 days, sales by month, sales by event, and cumulative all time sales, this dashboard is a great start to check in on your Box Office and compare numbers for different events.
