Dashboards provide a visual summary of data from reports, and are useful for tracking ticket sales, trends, and other data.
There may be some dashboards that you want to see on a daily basis, such as ones that track inventory, your incoming donations, or sales numbers from yesterday.
If there's a dashboard that you want to see every time you log into PatronManager, you can embed a dashboard right onto your Home screen! In this article, we'll walk you through just how to do that.
Once your dashboard is created, adding it to your Home screen should take about [X] minutes.
1. Make sure you're in the Home tab, then click Edit Page
2. Drag and drop the Dashboard component to where you want it on the page
In this example, we're putting it right at the top.
3. Use the Dashboard search to find and select the Dashboard you want to display
4. Click Save
5. If prompted, click Activate
6. Select if you want to assign this Home Page as the default for your Org, an App, or an App and Profile
Here, we'll assign this Home page as the Org Default.
7. Click the back arrow to go back to the Home tab
Your dashboard is now embedded on your Home screen!
