Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is the Default Exchange Fee charged per order or per ticket?

The Default Exchange Fee is charged per exchange transaction.

This means that if you process an exchange for two tickets at one time, the Default Exchange Fee will apply. If you process an exchange for one ticket and then later for another ticket, the Default Exchange Fee will apply once for each exchange.

Can we waive the Exchange Fee for an exchange?

Absolutely! If you don't wish to charge the Exchange Fee during an exchange, clear out the Exchange Fee field or set it to "0.00" when processing the exchange.
