Good for:
Putting a face to the name. If you have a pile of photos you can scan or a folder of digital images on your desktop, like actors' headshots, this app lets you upload and view them from the Contact page in PatronManager. You can also use this image app on Accounts, Donations, or custom objects used to track things like production assets.
How it works:
When you attach an image file to a record via the Notes & Attachments section or through Chatter, the image is captured in a designated Image Viewer section of the Contact (or other object) page layout. You can also use a webcam to take and attach images. The spImages app also gives you a place to record notes about each image.
