Good for:

Organizations that are using Emma for email marketing and want an easy way for patrons to sign up for their mailing list when they're at a venue.

How it works:

This free iPad app lets you design a simple signup form exclusively for use on an iPad, and when your patrons use it, they'll get automatically added to the Emma Groups of your choosing.

Display Emma Guestbook at your box office or lobby tables, or arm your volunteers with iPads to collect emails in the aisles during intermission. The signup process is easy for your patrons and it's so much better than using a paper signup form, because you don't have to go back and manually enter the names into Emma after the fact.

You can customize the look of your Guestbook with standard images or upload an image that matches your organization's branding

You decide what Emma groups the newly signed-up patrons will be added to -- you can use either an existing group or create a new one

If you select a group that's already synced between Emma and PatronManager, the signups will get added to PatronManager at the same time.

Your new subscribers get the chance to confirm their record before submitting it... which means you have fewer typos going in, and a cleaner database

The settings page of the app can be protected by a passcode so that only staff can access it and your patrons won't
