Good for:
Sending beautifully designed electronic event invitations for galas or other special events, and managing the guest list and RSVPs in PatronManager.
How it works:
Use Greenvelope's collection of elegant and fun templates to match the look and feel of your event, or design your own. Customize it with the event details and RSVP instructions, plus add-ons like photos, maps, and calendar links.
Once your Greenvelope and PatronManager accounts are connected (you'll want your PatronManager Admin to do this for you), you'll be able to sync your guest list information from a PatronManager Campaign to Greenvelope, and when the responses start rolling in, those will be synced back to the Campaign as well.
Sending a Greenvelope invite starts with browsing the gallery of templates
You can also create your own, or work with a designer to create a custom invitation
You can include fun and elegant touches like a personalized envelope and stamp
Then you'll add your event details like the location, which can link directly to a Google map

Then, use PatronManager to manage your guest list
Create a Campaign in PatronManager and add the people you want to invite to your event as Campaign Members.
When you're ready to send out the invitations through Greenvelope, you'll be able to do so via their Salesforce add-on.
