Good for:
Development departments who have a moves management process for donor cultivation, or those who wish they had one! This app makes it easier to regularly follow up with your donors and prospective donors through templated tasks. In fact, any department that has a best-practice multi-step procedure for a particular task can benefit from this app.
How it works:
Create a template that consists of a series of tasks that may or may not be dependent on each other, associate it with an Account, Contact or Donation record and assign them to the right people at your organization. The same template can be used over and over again for all your high-profile donors and prospects, or, you can make tweaks to it as needed.
We strongly recommend that you try this app out in a sandbox first.
Create a plan to reach a goal using a series of tasks and reminders
Once you save the Action Plan, you can apply it to multiple Accounts/Contacts/Donation records.
Filter a list view based on certain criteria and then apply the Action Plan
Or, navigate to a particular record and activate the Action Plan there.
Use the defaults from the plan template, or customize as needed per Account.
