How it works:
Mogli offers intelligent texting technology built directly into the Salesforce platform, and organizations can use it both for one-on-one communication, as well as bulk and automated messaging such as announcements or surveys.
Beyond what Mogli can offer to any nonprofit organization using Salesforce, they've worked with multiple PatronManager clients to link up text campaigns with PatronManager Donation Forms.
Here's an example of something we're excited about -- you can use Mogli to get new donors!
Encourage your event attendees to donate on their phones during intermission by texting DONATE to your organization's unique phone number that Mogli will set up for you.
The would-be-donor will then get a link to your PatronManager donation form (tip: you can set up a slimmed-down form for this specific purpose) where they can choose the amount they'd like to give and complete their donation, all from the comfort of their seat or your lobby.
The patron just has to fill in their details and then submit the donation right on their phone.
