Good for:
Making changes to multiple Account, Contact, or Donation records at one time.
How it works:
This app adds some new buttons to your standard object list views for mass edits or updates and deleting multiple records at once too.

The app's provider also includes instructions on how to build similar buttons for other objects including custom ones.
If you want to update multiple records with the same field values, choose the Mass Update option
Them select the values you want to update.
In this example, we're updating a number of old pending Donations or Grants that should be written off.
Enter the new values for the fields you selected and click the update button and all the records selected in the list view will be updated
You can also use this app to make mass edits in one screen.
Let's say you want to do some database clean-up and fill in the missing contact information for these Foundation Accounts.
You'll select the records and then click the Mass Edit button.
Again, select the fields you want to edit
And then start doing your research and updating fields for multiple records in one place!
