How it works:

Task Ray integrates an intuitive yet sophisticated Project Management app right into your PatronManager account. This app makes it easy to delegate tasks to colleagues, assign priority levels to your to-do items, and collaborate like crazy. Chatter is deeply integrated, and your Task Ray projects can be linked to the rest of your PatronManager data if applicable. This app is customizable to your needs and your organization's processes.

The task boards function let you drag-and-drop to move tasks around as your priorities shift.

Each project that you're involved in is assigned a different color, and tasks can be tagged with key words.
