Good for:
Organizations who use Chatter to communicate and collaborate and don't want to leave each other hanging when someone is out of the office.
How it works:
Before their departure, a user sets up their custom away message and indicates when they will be back. If someone comments on a Chatter post that the out-of-office user made, the away message will automatically appear. It will also be posted in reply if someone @mentions the out-of-office user.

On the ChatOOO tab, each user can set up their custom away message
Once set, when someone @mentions the user in a Chatter post, the auto-response will reply back to the person who Chattered.
The same auto-response will be posted if someone comments on a Chatter post that the out-of-office colleague made before their departure.
