Good for:
Viewing a summary of your patron interactions at a glance when you're looking at their Account or Contact page.
How it works:
This app automatically copies over the first 255 characters of your comments from the activity into a new Summary Comments field that can be added to the columns in your related lists, because the standard comments field cannot be.

Task Comments are visible when viewing the task itself
BEFORE (without this app)
In order to see the comments related to your Open Activities or Activity History, you need to click on the subject line field in related lists
AFTER (with this app)
The Summary Comments field makes that extra click unnecessary because you can add it right to the related list columns.
