How it works:
This app includes a Tab where you can view and organize all of your Activities/Tasks on one screen as well as update multiple tasks in a single action. You'll also be able to use this app on your object list views -- which means you can create follow up tasks for a whole list of Donation records in one go, for example.

Make updates to multiple tasks at one time from a list view
For example, you may need to update the due dates on several overdue tasks if you've fallen behind
You can change the person the tasks are assigned to, change the due dates, change the status or priority of the task, and more
You can also mass create tasks from list views on other objects, like Accounts, Contacts, and Donations
This is great for telemarketing or fundraising, or for sending thank you letters to donors or volunteers.
You just need to create a list view that filters the list of people or donation records you want to create tasks for first.
You can select the entire list view or just some of the records from the list if you want to assign tasks to several different people.
Then you're able to create the same basic task once and assign it to all of the records you chose from your list view
