How do donation forms work?
You'll create a donation form inside PatronManager, controlling the look, content, and fields on it - and you don't need to learn a single line of code or CSS.
Once you've got the link to your donation form, use it on your marketing emails, your website and your public ticketing site and drive donations up!
Can my patrons do single donations or recurring donations on these forms?
You decide if your forms are for single donations, recurring donations - or both! A hybrid form is perfect, letting your patrons choose the best option for themselves.
Can we add images and video to our forms?
You betcha. Make your form pop and strengthen your ask by adding a picture or video of your organization at work.
How do we change the colors and fonts on our forms?
Each form gives you control over its look and feel; you'll enter your organization's brand colors, select one of our pre-built themes, and choose a font from Google Fonts. Best of all, you can simply copy-paste the settings from your Public Ticketing Site's theme. It's a great opportunity to create consistency in your branding!
Can I add custom fields to my form?
Absolutely. You can add any Donation fields you want on your forms.
Can I create a special donation form for my gala / fundraising event?
Yes! You can even sell "tickets" to this event, and they'll be tracked as Donations, rather than as Ticket Orders. Enhanced Donation Forms can do calculations. For example, with a custom quantity field, you can set Gala Tickets at $50 each, so selecting 2 will automatically generate a total of $100.

A couple things to keep in mind when using donation forms for this purpose:
- Patrons won't be able to select a seat - it will just be general admission
- Ticket sales won't be cut off automatically via a set ticket inventory - you'll have to monitor this manually
- Tickets can't be generated or printed from PatronManager, as ticket orders aren't generated
Whoa, cool. How do I get started?
