How to Batch Print Subscription Tickets: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/1168834
Batch printing your subscription tickets is easy, and will save you time when you're getting ready for your big subscription mailer.
Follow the steps laid out in this article, and you'll be mailing your subscribers their tickets in no time!
We recommend you start the batch printing process as early as possible to allow time for any adjustments that might need to be made to your ticket layout with the Ticket Design Tool.
4. You may see a pop-up like this one - say that you accept the risk and click "Run" before you do anything else
6. Choose the Subscription Event (or Event Instance) that you'd like to print
By selecting a Subscription Event here, you're asking to print all Subscription Orders containing this subscription.
Other tickets included in the order with the subscription, such as additional single tickets, will also be included in the batch print.
11. Click "Go" (if you don't see this, you're probably being asked to update Java or run an applet - do so, and follow the instructions)
13. PatronManager will generate a PDF of all of your tickets
14. Print the PDF, being sure to select your ticket printer
We recommend printing your batch all at once! If you save the PDF file of the batch print and then try to print these tickets later, you may encounter alignment issues.
