How to Print or Email Tickets from a Single Ticket Order: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/1165406

When you need to resend tickets to your patron, you can do so from the ticket order. Whether you're printing tickets to mail, emailing the mobile tickets, or emailing Virtual Event tickets, the process is approximately the same.

We'll show you how below, and we'll also cover a couple Frequently Asked Questions at the bottom.

1. Go to the ticket order

Get there from the patron's Contact record, a report, or the PatronTicket Orders tab:

2. Click on the Print tab

3. Click the blue arrow (if present) to display multiple Ticket Order Items

4. Check the boxes next to the tickets you'd like to email/print

Select the entire order by checking the top box, or you choose to print/email certain tickets by checking the boxes next to the appropriate Ticket Order Items.

Heads up!

At this time, if you select a single virtual event ticket on an order, all the virtual event tickets on the order will send - even if you don't select them.

5. Email/Print the tickets!

When you email tickets, the Print-At-Home or mobile ticket will send for in-person events, while the virtual event ticket will send for livestream and Video On Demand (VOD) events.

The "Email All" or "Print All" buttons will email/print all tickets, regardless of which tickets you've actually selected.

6. If you're emailing tickets, you're done; if you're printing tickets, print the generated PDF:

PatronManager will generate a PDF of the ticket

Be sure to use your ticket printer!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

My patron bought a membership/subscription, but I don't see the ticket for that - what's up?

You won't be able to print the ticket representing the sale of the subscription package, nor will you be able to print a ticket representing the purchase of the membership. At this time, you can only print tickets to shows - that is, a ticket to an actual performance.

I don't have a Boca printer! Can I still print tickets?

Absolutely! While we recommend a Boca printer, especially if you frequently print tickets, Point of Sale tickets can also be printed on regular printers with regular paper.

When doing this, we recommend printing 2 or 4 tickets per page, and setting the scale as "Fit to Paper" if you have the option. We also recommend testing the settings that work best for your particular printer.
