You can batch print tickets for a single event to ensure you have all of your patrons' tickets ready at the event or to mail to patrons ahead of time.

Follow the steps below, and you'll have those tickets ready in no time!

Be sure to start the batch printing process as early as you can before you need to ship tickets and to allow time for any adjustments that might need to be made to the ticket layout with the Ticket Design Tool.

1. Go the Event Inventory tab and select the event for which you'll print tickets

2. Scroll down to the list of Event Instances, and click on the Instance you're looking for

3. Click "Print Tickets"

4. You may see a pop-up like this one - say that you accept the risk and click "Run" before you do anything else

5. Use these filters to decide which kinds of tickets you'd like to print

6. Use these check-boxes to decide what (if any) additional information you'd like to print along with the tickets

7. Click "Apply Options"

8. Click "Go" (if you don't see this, you're probably being asked to upgrade Java or run an applet - do so, and follow the instructions)

10. PatronManager will generate a PDF of all of your tickets

We recommend printing your batch all at once! If you save the PDF file of the batch print and then try to print these tickets later, you may encounter alignment issues.
