Sometimes, your patrons may ask for a physical receipt of their sale. You can say "No problem!" to their request - just walk yourself through the following steps.

1. Go to the Ticket Order that needs a receipt. In the Order Info tab, click "Show Details"

3. Click "Select Template"

4. In the pop-up, use the drop-down menu to select "PatronTicket Templates"

5. Click "Order Confirmation Template"

In this article, we're using the plain order confirmation template that automatically sends to your patrons. But if you want a custom email template for printed receipts, we recommend copying the order confirmation template and editing it to suit your needs - read up on that here.

6. The page will take a second to reload with the template applied.  Once it does, click the magnifying glass next to "To"

7. In the pop-up, find and select yourself

You'll need to be a Contact in your system to follow along with the rest of this article.  If you need to, take a moment to create a Contact record for yourself before following along with the rest of this article.

8. Enter a subject line that will help you find the email in your inbox and click "Send"

9. Find the email in your inbox and print it out
