If you're having trouble printing tickets in Firefox, it may due to the way your browser is set to handle opening PDF files.
If your tickets don't open in Adobe, follow the instructions below to see if they allow you to print tickets successfully.

1. Open the Menu in Firefox
The icon looks like three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other.
2. Click Settings
3. Scroll to "Applications"
4. Click Portable Document Format (PDF)
5. Use the dropdown menu to change from "Open in Firefox" to "Use Adobe Reader"
If "Use Adobe Reader" isn't an option, click "Use other..." and find Adobe Reader.
If you have Adobe Acrobat, that will also work!
