Have you ever run a batch print, but then run into a printer error or run out of ticket stock in the middle of printing?

When this happens, you can recover the PDF for your recent batch print to either start again or continue printing, without needing to run another batch print job.

In this article, we'll show you how to do this in just a few steps.

1. Switch to Salesforce Classic

Since we'll need to access the Documents tab, which Salesforce hasn't moved to Lightning yet, we'll need to take this step first.

2. Go to All Tabs

3. Go to the Documents tab

4. Go to the My Personal Documents Folder

5. Look for a Document beginning with "postickets" with a Last Modified date of today

If you have several Documents with the same Last Modified date, try sorting by that column to find the one you need!

6. Click View File to get your batch print's PDF

Click View File

Don't forget to Switch to Lightning Experience once you've got the file!
