How to Edit the Legacy Print-at-Home Ticket PDF: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/940790
The Print-at-Home Ticket will be retired soon. It's time to switch over to use Mobile Tickets instead!
Mobile tickets are modern, faster, fully accessible, more secure, and more convenient for both you and your patrons.
If you haven't yet enabled Mobile Tickets, your patrons will receive the legacy Print-at-Home PDF ticket if they choose to have their tickets delivered via email.
The Print-at-Home PDF uses blocks to display information about the event, the venue, and your organization. This article shows you how to view and edit the details in those blocks.
How to preview the Print-at-Home ticket
Navigate to the relevant Event Instance and click the "Print-at-Home Ticket Preview" button.
The Print-at-Home ticket has seven parts:
The next several sections will show you how to adjust each component.
These are typically designed to mimic your POS ticket and stub.
As the legacy Print-at-Home Ticket is slated for retirement soon, it is not possible to edit the layout of these sections. We encourage you to switch to Mobile Tickets instead.
