You may have done this - deleted a much-needed report when you didn't mean to, or hit the delete button on an important Account - you name it. But do these records just disappear forever?  Isn't there some way to retrieve records that were deleted within a certain time frame?

Enter the Recycle Bin.  You can recover deleted items from the Recycle Bin within 15 days of deleting a record.

In this article, we'll show you:

Did I do that?

Check the record you want to restore and click the Restore button

Select a record and click Resstore

If you don't see the deleted record after thoroughly searching, that probably means the record was deleted over 15 days ago and purged from the system.  After 15 days, there is no way to recover a deleted record.

The record is restored, and all is right in the world
