Processing payments, or transactions, in PatronManager is one of the cornerstones of your organization. In this article, we've collections resources to help you learn the basics about transactions in PatronManager.

PatronManager handles two major types of transactions: ticket orders and donations
Both transaction types must be associated with a Contact record in your PatronManager account (either a new one or an existing one). This process is called qualifying the transaction, and it's what allows you to take advantage of Patronmanager's CRM system to capture as much information as possible about your patrons' habits.
Ticket Orders
Ticket orders are managed in the "PatronTicket Orders" tile of the PatronTicket Hub. Almost every box-office related transaction will count as a ticket order. Below are some common ticket order tasks - click on a link to be taken to the help topic for that task.
Donations
