How to Grant Login Access to the PatronManager Support Staff

Sometimes in order to help our Client Support team troubleshoot, we might ask you to grant us temporary login access to your personal PatronManager user.

Here's how to do that!

1. Click on your user in the upper-right corner and select "My Settings" from the drop-down menu

Go to your user's Settings

2. Click "Grant Account Login Access"

Click Grant Account Login Access

3. Grant 3 days of access to "PatronManager Inc. Support" and press "Save"

Grant 3 Days to PatronManager Inc. Support and Save
Use the Change link to make changes

You're all done!
