So you're using a sandbox to test some cool things before bringing them to your production account, since you're a smart PatronManager user who wants to test thoroughly. Great work!

When you create a new sandbox, you'll need to log into the sandbox. This can be a little different than logging into your regular PatronManager account.

Here, we'll show you how to access a Sandbox and get logged in!

1. Click on the gear and go to Setup

2. Search "sandbox" in the quick find bar and click on Sandboxes

Don't have a sandbox set up? Here are instructions for how to create one.

4. Log in using your normal password

When you change your password in your regular PatronManager account, that change doesn't cross over to existing sandboxes. Your sandbox password is whatever your PatronManager password was when the sandbox was created (or last refreshed), unless you changed your sandbox password separately since then.

5. IMPORTANT - close all of the tabs that still have your regular account open in them before proceeding

Now that you're in your sandbox, you may also wish to have your colleagues log into it too. You can do that with these steps!
