How to Check if PatronManager is Down: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/1083990
Occasionally, you might have trouble getting in to PatronManager. Is the problem with the system or with your network? Here's a simple way to tell.
Pro-tip: you won't be able to read this article if you can't get in to PatronManager, so it's a good idea to learn how to do this while everything is working fine.
1. Find Your Salesforce Server
Your account is hosted on a Salesforce server, so the only way for your system to be down is if there's a problem with that server. Find out the name of that server by following these steps.
2. Check Your Server's Status
Go to status.salesforce.com, and enter your instance or domain into the search bar.
You'll see a green check next to your domain or server if it's safely up and running.
If you don't see a green check, use the key to identify the current server status. Click on the server to find a timeline of service availability, what Salesforce knows about the problem, and, if possible, to get an estimate for when it will be fixed.
Pro-Tip: Get notifications about your Salesforce Server Status
If you click into your server, you can use the Subscribe button to get notifications about outages and maintenance periods too!
To make sure you receive notifications in your timezone, click the gear icon and select your timezone.
Use the dropdown menu to adjust your timezone as needed, then click Submit.
If you don't select your timezone before subscribing, you'll receive notifications in UTC time and will need to convert that to your own timezone!
Then click Subscribe!
