If you've just transitioned to Lightning Experience from the Classic interface, you're in for a treat; we find the new interface much more intuitive and attractive.
You're also probably feeling a bit lost. Lightning looks pretty different from Classic, but don't worry - everything works pretty much the same.
In this article, we'll give you the resources you need to feel right at home again:

1. Comparing Classic to Lightning
In this video, we'll show you pages/records you're used to in Classic and then those same pages/records in Lightning. If you're brand new to Lightning, this is your first stop to feeling comfortable!
The video above mentions the "Lightning Preparedness Guide" and "Let's Go: Turning on the Lightning Experience" articles. These have now been combined into the Lightning Transition Guide: Home.
2. Get your tabs set
The tabs in your navigation bar are controlled by the app you choose, and we've designed several new apps just for Lightning! Now's the time to choose and customize the right app for you - should take about ten minutes.
3. Drag and drop your apps in the App Launcher to reorder them
Just like apps on a mobile device!
Ordering apps in the App Launcher affects your user exclusively. We recommend you order them from what you most frequently use to what you least frequently use.
4. Doing your job in Lightning
Most importantly, you need to know how to do your perform your day-to-day tasks in Lightning. We've got some articles and videos here in the Lightning Help tab that'll walk you through these familiar tasks, but in this new interface:

5. Hands-on experience in Trailhead
If you're not using Trailhead yet, it's an excellent resource to learn more about Salesforce, and therefore PatronManager. You'll earn badges, get practical experience, and have some fun doing it. Our whole staff loves it, and we highly recommend you set up an account today!

7. Get acquainted with Lightning as an Admin!
Getting your PatronManager Admin Certification is a surefire way to get more out of the system.
If you're not PatronManager Admin Certified, get started today! The program consists of six lessons, after which you'll take a certification test. It's designed for you to go through one lesson per week, so there's no better time to start than now.
