If you email Contacts from PatronManager, it's a good idea to set up an email signature. This is much like you would in G-Mail, Yahoo, or any other email provider.

You can set up an email signature in Salesforce so that you don't have to sign your name at the bottom of every email you write.

Setting up or editing your email signature in Salesforce should take 5-10 minutes.

1. Click your Profile icon and click Settings

Click Profile Settings

2. Click My Email Settings under Email

Go to My Email Settings

3. Fill in your Email Signature

Fill in Email Signature

4. Click Save

Save

Now that you've set an Email Signature, this will appear at the bottom of the emails you send from PatronManager moving forward!
