How to Submit a Ticket Order or Donation Case to the Client Support Team: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/829737
If you're not finding the answers you need in the Help tab, you'll want to submit a support request. When you do, here are some tips for to get help as quickly as possible.
1. Is your request related to refunds or exchanges?
For help with Refunds or Exchanges, the All About Refunds and Exchanges Help Tab article or the How to Refund a Donation Help Tab article should help point you in the right direction.
If you were directed back here from one of those articles, continue along with the tips below.
2. Include URLs
Grab the URL from the Ticket Order or Donation you're working on, and include it in your request. If you need to reference a particular Event Instance, Account, or Contact in your request, include those URLs as well.
3. Tell us what you're trying to do, and what roadblock you're running into
Order not qualifying? Got an error message when you completing an order? Can't fulfill a subscription? Recurring Donation stuck in a Pending state? Be as precise as you can with your request - let us know exactly what you're trying to accomplish, and at what point in that task you ran into this problem.
If you were following a Help tab article when you ran into the issue, let us know which article you were following, and what part of the article was either unclear or did not work for you. We're always trying to improve our Help articles, so we appreciate your input!
4. If you're requesting a change, let us know why
Our Client Support team can offer the best advice when they understand the entire situation. Often, there's more than one solution to a problem, and choosing the best solution comes down to the "why" behind your request.
5. Include the error message, if applicable
If you're submitting a case because you're receiving an error message or Payment Exception, include that text - it will help point us in the right direction.
Include all of these details when you submit a case in the Client Community so that our team can help you.
